Agent App – Overview
Purpose
iDARMS Agent is a field-agent mobile application used to manage rate payers, properties, property inspections, and bill distribution within an agent's assigned blocks.
Agents are provisioned by the back office — there is no self-registration. Login credentials (email/User ID + password) are issued to them directly.
