Settings
Overview
The Settings module configures the system-wide parameters that drive billing, property classification, and geographic divisions. It covers assessed and unassessed rates, business categories and rates, divisions and blocks, zone types and classes, and LVD (Location Verification Database) data. These settings directly affect property registration, bill generation, and GIS mapping.

Assessed Rate
Navigate to: /settings/assessedrate
Define rates for properties that have been valued (assessed) by the MMDA.

Add / Edit Assessed Rate

Unassessed Rate
Navigate to: /settings/unassessedrate
Define flat rates for properties that have not yet been valued (assessed).

Business Category

Define categories for business/commercial properties.

LVD (Location Verification Database)

The LVD contains verified location data used during property inspection for address verification.
