Download Receipts
Overview
A dedicated screen for browsing and re-downloading past payment receipts, separate from digging through Payment History one entry at a time.
Navigate to: Home → Quick Actions → Download Receipt
Layout
| Element | Description |

| Bill number tabs | A horizontally swipeable strip at the top, one tab per past payment/bill number — tapping or swiping switches which receipt is shown below |
| Page dots | Below the receipt, indicating position in the swipeable set |
| Bill No / Amount / Date | Summary line above the receipt: bill number, amount paid, and payment timestamp |
| Official Payment Receipt | Same full receipt layout as Pay Bill → Official Payment Receipt — municipal header, Payment Verified badge, Received From, Property Information, Payment Details, Amount in Words, QR verification |
| Share This Receipt | Single share action at the bottom, in place of the separate Share Link / Browser buttons shown elsewhere |
!!! tip "Things to check" - Swiping/tapping between tabs loads the correct receipt each time — no stale data left over from the previous tab - The list only shows the current rate payer's own receipts, never another rate payer's - If a bill was paid in multiple installments, confirm whether each installment gets its own tab/receipt, or whether they're combined — and that this matches how it works on Payment History - Share This Receipt produces a working, receipt-specific link — not a link to whichever receipt happens to be open elsewhere in the app - Long lists of receipts (many past payments) remain easy to navigate — confirm there's a way to jump/search rather than swiping through dozens of tabs one at a time
